Hey I'm the guy who makes this website and I've been a consistent 211 supporter for almost 10 years now and I have a very excellent drink you need to know about. The London Fog at 211 is nothing like anywhere else. It's so much better at 211 Cafe.

Making the London Fog

So to make the London Fog we used to use the Earl Gray-style tea they call "Zanzibrew" at Asami. We have since stopped using it but they are an excellent tea shop in Gentry. We've recently switched to a organic tea that is wonderfulI as well. I personally like the London Fog a little less sweet, so I put 1 oz (normally 2oz) of our home-made honey syrup, brew it for 4 minutes and pour the tea. I add a touch of cinnamon on the tea and pour on the steamed half and half. The cinnamon mixes with the milk and it's absolutely beautiful. I also add what I call the "special ingredient." It's just nutmeg, but boy does it take this drink to the next level! It doesn't come with it unless you ask, but now you know. :)

People love it. When I sit down to drink it, because they can smell it halfway across the room. I've had quite a few people stop to tell me that even. They go on to try it and every time it's a hit.

Not only that but I've run into people who (always) get London Fog's elsewhere and they usually tell me this is the best one they've had.

I personally agree. Mauricio has done a great job using ingredients that make a product that is well above the standard. Try it next time you're in.
