But what we don’t always see is everything that happens before that coffee reaches our cup. From the farm to the final pour, coffee can go through more than 10 essential steps and behind every one of those steps is a person, a family, and a story.

Coffee supports the livelihoods of communities around the world. Farmers, pickers, processors, roasters, baristas, and many others all play a role in bringing coffee from the farm to your cup. So, when we see a 32-ounce cup of coffee for $1.50, it’s important to remember that price doesn’t represent the true value of every coffee or the people behind it.
